Job Summary

Details of Position

We are looking to find teachers to join our summer programme in July 2025, based at Godolphin School, Salisbury, Wiltshire. The centre will be open for 3 weeks in July and we would love to work with some caring teachers who are happy to teach during this period. Our teaching team delivers a very detailed syllabus and are supported by a lot of carefully curated teaching material. Teachers are not required to work on the activity programme but normally deliver 15 hours of tuition per week (Monday to Friday). Ideally you'd be local to Salisbury but we can offer residential accommodation if required. If so, then we would ask you also to work on the activity/excursion programme as well.
Students will be from Brazil, Argentina, Italy Spain and Russia and the group leaders that come with the groups are often looking to recruit teachers to join them in-country, so the role can be an ideal networking opportunity.

Degree Required

Applicants should have one of the following required qualifications:
Cambridge CELTA, Cambridge CELTA online, Trinity CertTESOL, Cambridge CELTYL, BA TEFL, BA TESOL, Trinity TEYL, Trinity CertPT, Trinity DipTESOL, Cambridge DELTA, Cambridge DELTA Online, Masters MA TESOL, MA TEFL

Native level English speaker preferred

Qualifications

Ideally holding a first degree or equivalent and appropriately EFL/TESOL qualified e.g. CELTA, CertTESOL or other TEFL certificate. We also very much welcome applicants with PGCEs in English, Modern Foreign Languages or Primary as their experience can be invaluable in delivering this type of programme.

Salary and Benefits

We operate a very simple system - pay rate is £18.90 per teaching hour which team members invoice for at the end of the course. We provide free lunches on teaching days as well as free on-site parking. If you need the residential option then please talk to us about the rate for this at interview.

Job Summary

Summer teaching in a beautiful location with some great kids and lovely colleagues. Our small, family run organisation would love to add some more people to the teaching team for July 2025.
