If this sounds like you, wed love you to join our team of Student Services Directors working in one our five UK based residential young learner courses this summer.

This key role ensures the delivery of outstanding pastoral care, welfare services, and administrative operations in a residential setting, creating an enriching environment for international students aged 7-17. You will live on-site to help create a supportive, safe and fun environment for students.

As a Student Services Director, you will:

- Ensure the efficient provision of administrative services to meet the needs of the course.
- Set up and manage the course office, maintaining a well organised and responsive hub for information and support.
- Work collaboratively with the host school on the provision of services such as catering and cleaning and ensuring the site is maintained as agreed, recording any damages or issues.
- Induct and manage the Houseparents and Course Assistants, overseeing pastoral care to ensure the wellbeing and safeguarding of students.
- Efficiently manage course resources.
- Be on call and respond to emergencies as they arise, demonstrating quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Deputise for the Centre Manager as required.
- Participate in the social programme and activities and pastoral duties as required;
- Ensure the well-being and safeguarding of students is prioritised at all times.
