ILC Bristol requires a new Director of Studies to start as soon as possible. We are a 5-branch chain of language schools that has great opportunities for promotion and personal growth in a supportive, friendly and enjoyable working environment.

Qualifications

Cambridge or Trinity Diploma or MA in TESOL essential
Minimum 2 years' Academic Management experience essential
First degree required.
Experience of Teacher Development strongly preferred.

Salary and Benefits

£28,000 - £30,000 p.a. (depending on experience) during 6 month probationary period.
28 Days' Paid holiday (including Bank Holidays).

Job Summary

Teaching 15 hours per week if required
Academic organisation and management
Working closely with Administrative staff to assist all aspects of running the new branch
Recruiting Teaching Staff
Assisting with the Actvity Programme
Training teachers via the CPD Programme
Liaising with the Regional Director and other key members of ILC staff
(Training and assistance provided by existing ILC staff)
