As Centre Manager you hold overall responsibility for the operational and academic needs of our centre, as well as the welfare of all course participants. From managing finance, staffing, and accommodation to liaising with clients, group leaders, and host centre staff, you ensure the smooth running of the course and resolve any issues quickly and effectively.

The CM is the Designated Safeguarding and Prevent Lead for the centre and will receive specific training for this role. At LINES, we are committed to safeguarding and expect all staff to share this commitment.

This role is fundamental to the success of our centre. It is highly demanding, requiring resilience, excellent prioritisation, and the ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The centre office can become extremely busy, with multiple tasks needing attention simultaneously.

Working hours will be long and the workload intense, but the role is also highly rewarding. The welfare of all course participants remains the priority at all times, including during your time off. You must always be available via mobile to respond to any situations as required.
