As a Centre Manager, you will:

- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the centre according to established standards and objectives.
- Manage the course budget and finances.
- Work collaboratively with the host school, sales team, parents and agents to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure an excellent overall experience for students.
- Oversee the supervision, support and discipline of students, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment.
- Induct and provide leadership to all course staff, establishing a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Be on call and respond to emergencies as they arise, demonstrating quick thinking and problem solving skills.
- Ensure the well-being and safeguarding of students is prioritised at all times.
