CAMPUS MANAGERS, ACTIVITY MANAGERS AND WELFARE OFFICERS WANTED FOR SUMMER 2025!
Residential Roles only
Location: Over 12 Summer Centres across the UK (England and Scotland)
Running dates: mid-June to mid-August 2025

Campus Manager
Manage the logistics of airport transfers, excursions, and accommodation
Oversee staff, ensuring that schedules and responsibilities are well-coordinated
Ensure safety, safeguarding, and emergency protocols are followed
Manage administrative tasks such as rotas, reports, and payments
Activity Manager
Lead, organise, and coordinate diverse activities and sports for large groups
Foster an inclusive, fun, and culturally rich environment
Manage equipment, ensure smooth activity delivery, and handle facility bookings
Welfare Officer
Ensure the well-being and safety of all students by following safeguarding policies
Oversee maintenance and accommodation-related issues to ensure a high standard of living
Document incidents, conduct risk assessments, and manage logistics effectively
Requirements for All Roles:
Right to work in the UK
Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS Check/Criminal Record
Availability to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends
Flexibility to work in a non-standard schedule
2 referees (to be provided later)
Attend Induction (details will be provided for each role)
Be available to work full-time during the summer season, including evenings and weekends
Working Hours & Conditions:
Contracts range from 2 to 8 weeks, varying by centre (as well as the role)
Average working hours: Average 48hours per week across 6 days
Due to the nature of the work you will be asked to sign the opt-out of the 48-hour working week agreement
No holidays can be taken during the contract period; the salary is inclusive of holiday pay
Accommodation:
Full board accommodation (3 meals a day) is fully provided by PLUS at no additional cost for all roles where residency is requiered

Welfare Officers - valid First Aid Certificate (or attend during one weekend organised First Aid Course - details TBC)
