Assistant Director of Studies (ADOS) Join Our Academic Leadership Team!

As the ADOS, you will work closely with the Director of Studies (DOS) and our talented teaching team to ensure smooth daily operations, uphold quality standards, and enhance the overall student experience. You will play a key role in supporting teachers, providing academic guidance, and maintaining a vibrant and engaging learning environment.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced English language professional with strong leadership skills, a commitment to academic excellence, and a passion for teacher development.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with academic administration, student support, and teacher training
Supporting the DOS in managing day-to-day course operations
Teaching as required and stepping in for the DOS when needed
Providing mentorship and guidance to teaching staff
Contributing to the recruitment, training, and management of teachers when necessary

What Were Looking For:
A first degree and a DELTA (or equivalent diploma)
At least 5 years of varied teaching experience
Strong organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of English language exams (IELTS, FCE, CAE, etc.)
A flexible, team-oriented approach with problem-solving skills
Must be South African or have a valid work permit to work in South Africa
Desirable: Academic management experience, teacher recruitment expertise, and experience with young learners.
