2-Liaise with Head Office.
3-Manage Registration systems; Work with Software to manage Data and control Staff acccess.
4-Write Risk Assessments.
5-Present Health/Safety Orientation for Staff and Students.
6-Monitor & Manage Staff Capability, Behaviour & Adherence to Policies.
7-Offer Pastoral & Welfare Support of Staff.
8-Hold Team Meetings, keep Minutes, follow-up when neccessary on Issues.
9-Schedule Team Rotas.
