Spain: Well-established, successful English Language Academy for sale in Burgos province.

I am selling a small, but very busy and well-established English academy in Burgos province (a limited liability company).  It is located in a busy town and has been offering English courses to the local community for over 20 years.  The academy is located in the centre of town, in the modern premises with an affordable rent of 510 Eur/month.  It boosts three classrooms (each able to accomodate up to 8 students) and a reception area.  Each classroom is equipped with a screen and a laptop computer.

The Academy comes fully furnished, with a printer/copier and a wide range of teaching materials, including digital books, physical coursebooks, board games, flashcards, etc.  We use an online managment system for students' enrolment, recording classes, issueing invoices, recording payments, monitoring attendence and communicating with parents and teachers.

Each year, the Academy serves approximately 130-150 students providing classes and individual lessons to children, teenagers and adults, as well as businesses, both face to face and online.  Every year, we have a small group of students preparing for Cambridge and/or Oxford exams.

Classes are provide by experienced teachers (2 part time (17h/week) + the owner), many of our students have been attending the Academy for many years.  There is also a part time receptionist/secretary who will provide a new owner with support from day one.
