The Academic Manager will be overseeing the teaching team of between 4 and 5 teachers and undertaking DOS duties such as preparing class lists, supporting less experienced teachers and observing when necessary. Between 15 and 22.5 hours of teaching hours per week is expected as well as an average of about 15 hours of academic management work. Teachers will teach a 15 h/week program with classes of 12-17 yr olds. Ideal candidates should be CELTA / DELTA qualified, flexible, dynamic and motivated.
