The EFL Teachers key responsibilities are to provide Ardmore students with fun, engaging, and well-organised lessons in a positive learning environment, to help them to improve their level of English, focusing on their speaking and listening skills.

The Academic Director uses our in-house resources and syllabus to implement the Ardmore academic programme. The AD is responsible for planning lesson delivery, academic administration, checking class registers, and monitoring student progress to achieve the objectives of our syllabus. The DOS needs to ensure that the lessons being delivered are engaging, age and level appropriate, and student-centered to suit our young learners.
