Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated, confident, enthusiastic, and energetic Native level English Teacher to lead small group classes with a maximum of 6 students. Our students are between the ages of 2 to 12 years old.

As the ADOS, you will work closely with the Director of Studies (DOS) and our talented teaching team to ensure smooth daily operations, uphold quality standards, and enhance the overall student experience. You will play a key role in supporting teachers, providing academic guidance, and maintaining a vibrant and engaging learning environment.

The base salary starts at 2150PLN a month (going up to 2739PLN a month) depending on experience working for other schools within the International House World Organisation or IH Torun. The package includes PAID FOR ACCOMMODATION* in a shared flat, return flights (from within Europe) and weekly basic conversational Polish classes. *If teachers prefer to find and pay for their own accommodation the monthly salary will start from 3515PLN increasing to 4104PLN depending on the length of work with IH

We specialise in offering high-quality English language courses to learners of all ages and levels. We are looking for qualified and experienced teachers to work in a positive and supportive environment with a wealth of resources.

-Teach English as second language for children (5-15 yrs. old) and adults based on the course curriculum developed within our center. Teaching assistants, course materials, and smart whiteboard software will be provided for each class.
-Work hours: 40 work hours per week (25 teaching hour + 15 office hour per week).

Full-time job for EFL teacher at private language school in Krakow Poland from the 25.09.2025. Teaching primary school children and teenagers at afternoon courses on the premises. Groups consist of 6- 9 students. General English at B1 - C1 levels. Teaching methodology: communicative approach. British handbooks are used.We arrange the work permit and residency.
