Our thriving Language school is Located in the town of Loja, which is 45 minutes from Granada City and 50 minutes from Malaga. We have been running successfully for 20 years, have an excellent reputation in the local area, and are an official Cambridge exam preparation centre, having achieved PREMIUM PREPARATION CENTRE status through our examinations centre in Granada.

Our 180m2 premises is one minutes' walk from the town centre and rent is extremely cheap. We have 5 good sized classrooms which can fit 10-12 students. All classrooms have airconditioning and four are equiped with projectors. We are also well stocked with books and resources. There is a reception and waiting area, as well as a staff room and toilets. We possess all the required business licences from the local town hall.

Current members of staff: 3 English teachers and 1 french teacher.

Our students are mainly children from the age of 3, teenagers and some adults. We also teach in some companies and run summer intensive courses for Cambridge exams at most levels.

Prior to COVID we had peaked at about 220, we did experience a drop in numbers during the pandemic, but last year we averaged 230 students. Enrollments have been excellent this year, we have started with around 255 students, with people still coming to sign up. There are opportunities for expanding in the business teaching sector.

We wish to sell the business due to relocation to another country for family reasons.
