We are currently looking for qualified EFL teachers and a Director of Studies, for our junior summer camps in London (Tooting, Wembley, and Bermondsey) and Oxfordshire, for July and August 2025.

Find Education is inviting applications from qualified EFL teachers for several positions available in London (Tooting, Wembley & Bermondsey). This role involves teaching 11-18-year-old international students that attend short (1 to 2 weeks) residential courses. We are also looking for EFL Teachers-Activity Leaders for our camp in Oxfordshire, to teach 7-13-year-old students.
July August 2025, specific dates to be confirmed.
2 - 8 weeks contracts available.
Residential and non-residential positions available.
Residential teachers will either teach 30 hours per week or 15 hours plus supervision of activities and weekend excursions.
Non-residential teachers will teach a minimum of 15 hours per week and up to 30 hours per week. Total weekly hours might include some afternoon educational trips and weekend excursions, upon agreement, depending on the programme.
Working times vary depending on location, but most residential positions are 6 days a week. Most non-residential positions are 5 days a week, AM and/or PM.
Teachers will be paid for induction, lesson planning and CPD sessions.

Director of Studies
Find Education is inviting applications for a suitably qualified and experienced Director of Studies for our centre in London, Bermondsey. This role involves running the academic programme in our centre for 11-18-year-old international students that attend short (1/2-week) residential courses.
July August 2025, starting 04 July.
6-week contract.
Residential position.
6 days per week - working hours vary.
Role overview:
Responsibility for the delivery of the academic programme as prescribed.
Timetabling of classes and management of teachers schedule.
Responsibility for the management and support of teaching staff.
Regular lesson observations and feedback to teachers.
Provision of regular academic workshops/CPD sessions.
Organisation and administration of student placement.
Management of student records and academic administration.
On-site safeguarding lead
Essential Requirements for all positions:

An enhanced DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) check will be requested prior to confirmation of all appointments. Where appropriate, foreign police checks will be required.
All successful candidates will need to attend an induction session and complete basic Safeguarding and Prevent Duty training. They will also need to familiarise themselves and abide by all related company policies and procedures.
Proof of identity and all relevant qualifications will be required and copies of originals will be kept in Find Educations records.
Any gaps in an applicants employment history must be explained and two satisfactory references will be required prior to their appointment.

Trinity CertTESOL or Cambridge CELTA (or equivalent)
University degree or equivalent.
PGCE or equivalent.

Experience in teaching in a summer school or teaching international students.

Desirable qualifications
Cambridge DELTA (or equivalent) or MA in TESOL/Applied Linguistics

Ability to manage and deploy staff.
Salary and Benefits
Residential positions: £400 to £500 per week with full board accommodation, depending on experience and qualifications.
Non-residential positions: £16-£25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Director of Studies:
Residential positions: £600 to £750 per week with full board accommodation, depending on experience.
All salaries include statutory holiday pay (12.07%).
