Details of Position
Key Responsibilities:
Instruction: Deliver engaging and effective English language lessons to groups and individual students, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
Curriculum Development: Adapt and develop course materials and lesson plans that align with students needs and the inlingua teaching methodology.
Assessment: Evaluate student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and collaboration among students.
Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by inlingua.
Communication: Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and staff to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
Administrative Duties: Complete necessary administrative tasks, including lesson planning, grading, and reporting.
DRIVING LICENSE IS A PLUS

Certification: TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification is highly preferred.
Experience: Previous experience teaching English as a second language, particularly in a classroom setting.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and engage students, and proficiency in using technology for teaching.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian or other languages is a plus.
