We are an English academy for adults in the city of Valladolid, founded by James Moran in 2014. Our method is based on spoken English, Our method is dynamic, entertaining and fun. We get our students to enjoy the classes while they learn and improve their level. We currently have more than 100 students in Valladolid in our spoken English courses, divided into small groups according level.

Would you like to work in an academy that teaches only adults with no exams, no corrections, no textbooks and no spending hours preparing lessons every week.

As a teacher at Tu Necesitas Inglés the main goal is that our students enjoy the classes to make the learning process easier.

100% practical speaking classes with no exams, no corrections and no hours preparing lessons.

The objective of the classes to to help our students lose the fear of speaking English, gain confidence, speak more fluently and sound more natural.

We do this by having fun in a relaxed informal way without textbooks or boring grammatical theory.

Qualifications

If you posses any form of TEFL qualification then we would like to hear from you. If you do not have one then employers will question your dedication.

If you have plenty of experience without a TEFL then send us your application and we can sort something out.

Salary and Benefits

The salary is 14EUR per hour based on 18 to 24 hours per week the salary would be between 1000-1400EUR per month based on a 4 day week Monday to Thursday 4pm to 9pm.
