Details of Position
We are an official preparation centre for the University of Cambridge ESOL exams and a registered examination centre for Trinity College London examinations and as such would prefer candidates with experience preparing students for these qualifications.
We deliver a wide range of courses including infant learners, young learners, teens and adults. The majority of our classes are taught in the afternoon although we also offer in-house and online teaching to local businesses in the mornings.
The classrooms all have top of the range audio/visual equipment with computers, interactive whiteboards and wifi connection throughout. We provide excellent resources and encourage our teachers to attend ESL seminars and workshops throughout the region.
We are looking for a teacher to teach 4.5 hours, 4 afternoons per week Monday to Thursday. Extra hours will be available throughout the year should if required/desired. The initial contract is for a period of 10 months with the possibility of extending indefinitely.
Qualifications
Candidates should:
* have at least 1 year of experience teaching English
* be flexible, experienced in teaching young learners and highly motivated.
* have the legal right to work in Spain
* have an intermediate knowledge of Spanish
* be interested in the long-term as well as being reliable, trustworthy and a good team player
* a knowledge of University of Cambridge ESOL exams and Trinity ISE exams would be beneficial.

Salary and Benefits
Extra hours can be offered as well as the possibility of working through the summer.
Extra in-house training given throughout the academic year.
Full Social Security contract.
2 weeks fully paid holiday at Christmas and 1 week at Easter
All local and national holidays paid.
Initially, teacher would be required to work 4 afternoons per week (4.5 hours Monday to Thursday.)

Must be able to teach all levels and ages from Young Learners to - CPE.
Experience in Cambridge ESOL and Trinity ISE examinations an advantage.
