We're looking for a fun, friendly, outgoing, positive and energetic ADOS. A hands on leader who is a good communicator with a strong focus on quality, standards, service and CPD. Very good organiser and planner who is able to quickly adapt to a changing situation and remain calm when under pressure.

Job description:
To manage the Academic Team ensuring a high quality of tuition that meets / exceeds the requirements of the students, school and accreditation board.
To actively promote CPD and develop the skills of the teachers.
To ensure that all academic standards and systems meet / exceed the requirements of both local and foreign monitoring boards and accreditation boards.
To develop and introduce new material to meet both internal and external client requirements.
To recruit teachers who meet the requirements of both local and foreign monitoring boards and accreditation boards.
To work closely with all other members of the management team to ensure the smooth running of the school at all times, both operationally and logistically, and to help ensure that all accreditation standards are met / exceeded.

Qualifications

Minimum DELTA / DIPTesol, 1000 hours teaching
Preferably Train the Trainer Qualification (local or foreign)
A minimum of two years as either a Director of Studies (DOS) or Assistant Director of Studies (ADOS).
Experienced or familiar with accreditation systems/requirements, locally and/or internationally.
