Job Summary

Details of Position

McGregor Language Schools is offering a full-time teaching position at our Mylenice branch, perfect for newly qualified English teachers looking to gain real-world experience in a welcoming environment. The contract runs from October 2025 to June 2026, with an average of 21 teaching hours per week over a 30 week school year. In this role, you'll deliver in-class lessons to children (ages 8-11), juniors (12-14), teens (15-18), and adults (18+) at our Myslencie school, and teach online lessons to individual students and small business groups. Our curriculum is well-organized, and all teaching materials are provided. You'll be supported by an experienced academic team and work alongside a group of friendly, international colleagues. We offer a relaxed, professional atmosphere where new teachers can develop and thrive.

Qualifications

We're looking for enthusiastic, team-oriented CELTA graduates ready to start their EFL journey. You should be reliable, creative, and adaptable, with a genuine interest in working with a range of ages and learner levels. No formal teaching experience is necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must. We provide full academic support, so you'll never feel like you're on your own. A basic knowledge of online teaching platforms is helpful but not essential. EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Poland is preferred but not a must - we provide full assistance in arranging a work permit and visa once you're in Poland
