Job Summary

Details of Position

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Primary English Teacher to join our international teaching team. This is a unique opportunity for a professional educator who enjoys working in a structured academic environment with strong cultural values.

Deliver engaging English lessons to primary-aged students.

Collaborate with Japanese English teachers and support cross-cultural communication.

Develop student-centered materials and lesson plans.

Deliver task-based lesson based on real-world situations.

Maintain accurate records and participate in school activities and events.

Degree Required

Native level English speaker preferred

Qualifications

Native level English speaker with a valid passport from the USA, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand (visa requirement).

Bachelors degree in Education or equivalent: BEd, MEd, PGCE, etc.

Bachelors in any subject plus a post graduate degree in TESOL/TEFL.

Must provide original:

-Degree(s) and academic transcripts
-Teaching license/certification
-Criminal background check
-University letter confirming study dates and degree awarded

Salary and Benefits

Monthly salary + allowances: THB 80,000 90,000 THB
(Higher salary available for candidates with Japanese language skills)

Annual bonus:

200% of 1 months salary after Year 1 and 2
250% after Year 3
300% after Year 4
350% after year 6

Provident Fund: School matches contributions up to 3%

Long-Term Service Bonus: After 6+ years, receive 1 months salary per year worked (paid upon departure)

Paid Leave: 40 days of paid vacation per year plus Thai public holidays
