Details of Position
Instructors are expected to teach English to students at various proficiency levels starting from beginner to advanced. This includes developing lesson plans, delivering engaging classes, and using diverse teaching methods to ensure effective learning. Also, the instructor should be able to teach regardless of age, including kids, teenagers and adults.
Moreover, the academy emphasizes a full immersion approach, meaning teachers create an environment where students are encouraged to use English in all interactions, both inside and outside the classroom. This helps students practice and improve their language skills continuously, which will lead to huge retention and conversion of the students towards to academy.
Teachers are responsible for supporting students in their learning journey, providing guidance, addressing individual needs, and helping them overcome challenges in learning English. Additionally, regular assessment of students' progress through tests, assignments, and providing constructive feedback is a critical aspect of the job. This helps in tracking the development of students and identifying areas that need improvement.
