Job Summary

Details of Position

Deliver daily care and teaching work based on EYFS, including designing games, writing and carrying out teaching plans, child caring, etc.; (1:5 student/teacher ratio)

Assist the kindergarten in training local teachers in EYFS related areas such as teaching, safety, first aid, and so on, to enhance the quality of teaching of the kindergarten;

Assist the kindergarten in marketing, including school open day, parent workshop, and parent-child demo class;

Provide regular in-home guidance for students in the kindergarten based on EYFS;

Comply with the current rules and regulations and performance assessment system of the kindergarten.

Qualifications

EYFS qualifications or a bachelor degree

Salary and Benefits

Holidays: Public holidays in China (varies each year, at least 13 days),17 days paid holidays
Salary: 26,000-30,000 a year
Company will offer accommodation and flight ticket for one round trip (UK-China-UK)
Visa matters: will pay for and assist with work visa application once contract is signed
