We are seeking a dedicated native-level EFL teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in teaching English to non-native speakers, with a focus on engaging and effective communication skills.

We are committed to investing in our teachers and provide continual professional development. This involves regular teacher training sessions conducted by ELT experts provided by the major educational publishers,such as Cambridge University Press and Assessment,Pearson,Macmillan,National Geographic Learning and others. Training for the Cambridge speaking test assessor qualification. Opportunities to analyse new coursebooks in-depth and provide training on their most effective use. Regular peer-collaboration. We also offer clear pathways for career advancement, whether that's moving into leadership roles, curriculum development, or teacher training.

We are looking for educators who are eager to grow with us and take on more responsibilities over time.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant field such as Education, English literature, or Linguistics.TEFL/TESOL certificate or equivalent from a renowned centre, min 120-hour, classroom-based.At least 3 years of English language teaching experience, ideally in an EFL environment.Based in the vibrant city of Casablanca, the Calliope Group is a dynamic educational institution, committed to providing high-quality English language training both within our own language centre, and through our interaction with private schools across Morocco. We have been operating in the field of ELT and providing schools with educational solutions for nearly 30 years. We are a Cambridge authorised training and examination centre.
