If you are interested in education and would like to gain experience as an English Teaching Assistant in Spain, Up International Education offers an educational and teacher training program.

Our program combines a theoretical training course and a teaching assistant placement in a Spanish school, equivalent to approximately 20 teaching hours a week, under a signed agreement and a monthly grant to cover your living expenses.
What we offer:
- An average stipend of 1000 euros per month (this amount may change depending on the number of teaching hours and possible additional perks).

Qualifications

Requirements
Be native English speakers or equal level
Be European Passport Holder or Have legal permission to be in Spain
Have a teaching vocation.
Be flexible and able to adapt quickly to a new country
and its culture

What we look for:

- Recent graduates with an interest in education.
- A vibrant, dynamic and proactive personality.

Desirable but not required:
- A teaching degree
- A TEFL diploma
- Experience with children (tutoring, volunteering, mentoring, etc).

Salary and Benefits

Grant of up to 1050 euros/month or equivalent with the possibility of earning extra money as the terms and conditions do not oblige exclusivity, as long as the economic activity does not interfere with the terms and conditions of the grant.

The Teaching Assistant will receive all necessary support and help with the formalities and administrative requirements related to the role.

Upon arrival, the TA will receive from Up International Education all the support needed with accommodation and/or any paperwork involved, and with any other matters to enable the candidate to settle in smoothly, as well as helping the TA to adapt to Spanish life.

Moreover, a personal tutor will be assigned to the TA during the whole school year and will provide all the support needed.
