Job Summary

Details of Position

Fully qualified native level EFL teacher required, to work on a full-time basis (22-24 hours a week), academic year starting on 12th September 2024. Challenging job, teaching various levels and ages in a small language school with a nice atmosphere. Lovely location within easy reach of mountains, coast and Barcelona.

Degree Required

Applicants should have one of the following required qualifications:
Cambridge CELTA, TEFL Certificate

Teaching experience: 3 years

Native level English speaker preferred

Your current location: Ireland, Spain, United Kingdom

Any additional qualifications that are useful and meaningful for the post will be valued.

Salary and Benefits

Contract starting when the school year starts in September and lasting until June. Full month payments + part of September, holidays included : Christmas and Easter. Term meetings are paid too.

Job Summary

The job involves teaching various ages and levels, most of the classes are in the afternoon/evening. Books are a basis for the classes as well as many other resources : educational websites, school resources, board games and crafts, films etc... Planning the classes and finding a balance teaching all the abilities is considered very important. Preparing the students for the Cambridge exams is also part of the job. Reports are written for all the students under 18 twice a year.
