Position overview
Instructors are expected to teach English to students at various proficiency levels starting from beginner to advanced. This includes developing lesson plans, delivering engaging classes, and using diverse teaching methods to ensure effective learning. Also, the instructor should be able to teach regardless of age, including kids, teenagers and adults.
Moreover, the academy emphasizes a full immersion approach, meaning teachers create an environment where students are encouraged to use English in all interactions, both inside and outside the classroom. Salary and Benefits
