We are currently seeking a contractor to provide weekly ESL lessons for a small group of employees. The ideal candidate is preferably bilingual in Spanish/English and will have experience teaching as a certified ESL instructor. The class will consist of two to four students with varying proficiency levels ranging from basic comprehension to more advanced B1 communicators.

All students currently work in the landscaping and agriculture fields. Our hope is that the curriculum will include a focus on outdoor and work-related vocabulary while developing a general proficiency of and confidence in conversation, listening, reading, and writing in English. We prefer the class to be held in-person, on-site at Oxbow (10819 CarnationDuvall Rd NE, Carnation, WA 98019) once a week for a two-hour group session, however we are open to virtual teaching proposals as well. These lessons could occur any weekday, Monday-Friday between 8AM-4PM. This learning will be ongoing throughout 2025.
