3-week trips
Multiple departures throughout the summer
Various destinations in Canada
We are looking for dynamic and responsible leaders with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, a good rapport with teenagers and teachers, and a high sense of commitment.
Qualifications
Certified B2 level of English
Availability to travel abroad for 3 weeks between July and August 2025
Preferably someone who has studied a degree related to languages, tourism, and/or education
Previous experience working with teenagers is a plus
Youth camp leader certification or an equivalent qualification in the country of origin, if applicable
Salary and Benefits
Temporary contract to accompany one or more groups (possible departures on different dates)
Salary: 360 gross per week
Accommodation, transportation, and meals included in the destination country

Participating in all academic and extracurricular activities required by the company
Handling unforeseen situations and problem-solving
Providing individual support to participants when needed, including emergencies (24/7 availability during the program)
Logistical support in the destination country
Maintaining constant communication with the group coordinator in Spain, students, and parents
