HESS Education is looking for native level English speakers for full-time teaching positions at our private languages schools throughout Taiwan.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain an enjoyable and safe academic environment in which students may learn and grow
Prepare and deliver engaging, effective, and fun lessons using the HESS curriculum
Grade homework, quizzes, tests, as well as complete administrative tasks
Effectively communicate feedback to students and progress to parents

WHAT YOU NEED
A passport from a country where English is an official language
A Bachelors degree or equivalent (or higher)
Must be able to pass a national-level criminal background check
Holders of a US associates degree may be considered so long as they also hold a TEFL
certificate at the time of application

Salary and Benefits
WHAT WE OFFER
Competitive hourly teaching rate, from 680-730 NTD to start
Guaranteed minimum of 20 teaching hours per week
Additional 3,000 NTD per month for completing administrative work
Annual raises and contract completion bonuses

Job Location
Job Summary
At HESS, you will deliver English classes to students aged 12 and younger at one of our own schools, which can be found in cities big and small. You will prepare lessons using our curriculum, grade homework and tests, and work with colleagues from around the world to ensure the success of your students. Our comprehensive curriculum is full of student-centered activities and games that emphasize fun and learning, while being structured in a way that supports our teachers, too.
