We are a Cambridge Exams preparation Centre seeking motivated individuals with proven teaching experience and an ability to teach according to CEFR standards. Details of Position

We are a small but well structured, not for profit school established in 2002 in a quiet and beautiful part of Mexico. We are a Cambridge Exams preparation Centre seeking individuals with a genuine interest in teaching, assisting others and being part of a learning community. This is a Tefl role best suited to someone who is focused on teaching-learning goals. A person who enjoys working with a fixed curriculum to ensure learning objectives are met, in order to reach the required CEFR standards.
Teachers will be required to follow the school's policies, structure and teaching model. If you are looking for a face-to-face position, living and teaching in Chiapas will allow you to experience the best nature in all of Mexico and modern life surrounded by indigenous culture and colonial history. We are located 1.5 hours from San Cristobal and enjoy good weather all year round.
It may be possible for teachers to work additional extra classes, based on the demand available

Qualifications

CELTA or an undergrate or postgraduate degree in teaching English as a foreign language will be considered a bonus.

This is an after school programme. Cambridge Exams preparation sessions take place in the late afternoon/early evening and/or Saturday mornings.

Salary and Benefits

Competitive salary for the region depending on qualifications and hours worked ranges between 8,000 to 14,000 MXN. per month.
Exam preparation classes are paid at 8.00USD per online session (40 minutes)
