Details of Position
Maple Leaf Kingsley International School seeks a dedicated, passionate, and innovative educator to lead its Primary/Early Years Department (EYD). This leadership role involves planning and delivering high-quality, engaging lessons, ensuring a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, and supporting students' academic, emotional, and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lesson Planning & Delivery: Design engaging and inclusive lesson plans tailored to student needs.
2. Student Support: Provide personalized guidance to help students reach their full potential.
3. Staff Management: Lead and support homeroom teachers and staff in their professional development.
4. Collaboration: Partner with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and strategies.
5. School Engagement: Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings.
6. Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate student records and communicate feedback to stakeholders.

Qualifications
1. Educational Background:
o Degree in Education or equivalent.
o Education / Teaching certification.
2. Experience:
o Minimum 5 years of teaching experience.
3. Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
o Effective leadership and team management.
o Native level English speaker.
o Adaptability to new teaching technologies and methods..
4. Commitment:
o Passion for professional growth and contributing to school development.
o Degree in Education or equivalent.
o Education / Teaching certification.

Salary and Benefits
Availability: April 2025
Base Salary: RM12,000 - RM15,000
Contract: 2 Years
Location: Kingsley International Sdn Bhd, Putra Heights, Selangor, West Malaysia
