Details of Position
We are a small, friendly and professional school situated in the heart of Como, offering high-quality language training to students of all ages and levels. We enjoy an excellent local reputation and a high rate of returning students. As a recognised Cambridge Exam Preparation Centre, we specialise in preparing students for all Cambridge exams as well as the IELTS. We also work closely with local state schools, providing support to English teachers and running courses for both teachers and students.
We are currently looking for an EFL specialist to teach General English and Cambridge exam preparation to teenagers, adults and children.
Requirements:
Experience teaching both young learners and adults.
Familiarity with Cambridge exams (an advantage).
Degree Required
Applicants should have one of the following required qualifications:
Cambridge CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL, Cambridge CELTA online, Cambridge CELTYL, TEFL Certificate, TESOL Certificate , Trinity Joint CertTESOL, BA TEFL, BA TESOL, Trinity CertPT, Cambridge DELTA, Trinity DipTESOL, Cambridge DELTA Online
Teaching experience: 1 years
Native level English speaker preferred
Qualifications
Degree any subject
CELTA or equivalent TEFL qualification
1 year of EFL experience is preferable
Driving licence a plus
Some experience of the Cambridge exams would be helpful
