The job involves teaching various ages and levels, most of the classes are in the afternoon/evening. Books are a basis for the classes as well as many other resources : educational websites, school resources, board games and crafts, films etc... Planning the classes and finding a balance teaching all the abilities is considered very important. Preparing the students for the Cambridge exams is also part of the job. Reports are written for all the students under 18 twice a year.
