About Us:
We are a London-based ESOL school specializing in short-term study holidays for young international students, alongside a newly launched program for adult learners. Our mission is to provide engaging and immersive English language experiences, meeting all British Council standards. Were seeking a qualified and experienced Director of Studies (DOS) to guide our team, organize courses, and lead our school through the British Council accreditation process.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the British Council accreditation process, ensuring compliance with all requirements and standards.
Design and coordinate programmes tailored to short-term study holidays for young learners, as well as an introductory course for adults.
Ensure course quality and teaching effectiveness to provide an engaging and beneficial experience for international students.
Supervise and support teaching staff, ensuring they are well-prepared to deliver high-quality, immersive lessons.
Coordinate course schedules, resources, and any special events or activities, particularly for students on study holidays.
Qualifications:
DELTA qualification (required).
Experience with British Council accreditation or similar quality standards in ESOL.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience in short-term youth programmes.
Minimum 3 years of experience in ESOL teaching or academic management.
