Details of Position
We are seeking a dedicated English as a Second Language (ESL) Teacher / Activity Lead to join our team. As an ESL Teacher / Activity Lead you will play a crucial role in helping Italian children aged 7-12 improve their English language skills and achieve their language learning goals.
Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging ESL lessons to students of various proficiency levels
- Create a supportive and inclusive and fun learning environment
- Assess students' language abilities and track their progress
- Develop customised lesson plans to meet individual student needs
- Run Sports, Drama and Art classes
- Foster a fun learning environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field
- Certification in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or equivalent
- Previous experience working on English Language Camps
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively
- Proficiency in English language
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate students effectively
